Orders are processed in 1-3 business days once the order is placed. At most times, we can process same day shipments if the order is placed by 11pm PST, but it is not guaranteed. 

Shipping charges will be added to the invoice once the order has been processed.




If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise within 10 days of the receipt date.

Returns will be credited with store credit or exchange only, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

Claims for any damaged goods must be made within 10 days of the receipt date.

All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us via phone or email to obtain the RA.

Any merchandise returned after the 10 day period is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
