How do I register for an account?

This website is for retailers only. You can register by clicking the register / login button on the top right hand corner of the homepage. Once you have entered your company information, please submit a copy of your seller’s permit by upload or email. You can call us for any urgent approval reviews. 

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for any order is 1 pre pack. The quantity for a pre pack can depend on the style, and can range anywhere between 6 to 12 pieces.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery) and COD Cashier’s Check / Money Order. 

How long does it take for an order to ship once the order has been placed? 

If the items are in stock, orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. At most times, we are able to ship same day orders if the order has been placed by 11pm PST. This is not guaranteed, but if you have an urgent request please reach out to us via email or phone. 

When will I receive my order?

Once the order has been processed, the delivery window of your shipment is typically 3-5 business days for Ground shipments depending on the ship method and your location. We will also email you a copy of your invoice and tracking number once the order ships. 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? 

For any in stock orders, you must contact us imediately upon placing the order if you need to revise or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel your order. 

How do I request a return or exchange?
